Office Staff

Todd is one of the few born and raised Southern Californians of whom the legends speak. When college beckoned, Todd left the aqua waters of the Pacific to attend Emory University in Atlanta and then travel in Australia. He says it was to ''experience life'' but we think it was a clear attempt to mask his So Cal accent.

Alas, his travels were no match for the tenacity of surfer boy lingo as anyone who calls the office will find that Todd is ''totally interested in helping you out, dude.'' He also fiercely defends Keanu Reeves in Point Break. When questioned about The Matrix Reloaded or The Lakehouse, he declines to comment.

Todd joins the Blueprint team to master the art of online ordering at Staples, to field questions about testing centers (Saddleback, not UCI) and to de-throne Karl in the office sports pool. Youth vs. Wisdom. We shall see.

Office Staff

Kaity hails from the great state of North Carolina, a place best known for being the counterpart to South Carolina. Upon graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Film (and not Sailing, strangely enough), Kaity began working at Bath & Body Works where she became an expert in skin care and smelling good. After a Sweet Pea-induced accident (Kaity claims she blacked out temporarily), she packed up her belongings and made the trek to the City of Angels.

Kaity joins the Blueprint staff to help answer student inquiries, enroll future Blueprinters, and reorganize the Blueprint marketing cubicle. She pledges to make sure that students are happy with their Blueprint experience and if you're really nice, she may even tell you what Bath & Body Works scent complements you best.

If Kaity did not work for Blueprint, she would most likely be working for Starbucks as most of her paycheck is spent on her 4-a-day habit. Venti iced coffee, unsweetened.

LSAT Taskmaster

Optimash Prime heralds from Cybertron, a planet in the potato nebula. His arch enemy is Spudstalker, a Decepticon that transforms into a cuisinart. When not dodging Spudstalker's deadly blades, Optimash haunts the doorways of Blueprint students, checking to make sure they have completed their homework. Optimash hurls small tater-bots with deadly accuracy for any students found shirking their duty, or committing the fallacy of the inverse. When not engaged in Blueprint duties, Optimash enjoys spending time with friends Darth Tater and Artoo-Potatoo.

Operations Manager

Born and raised in the rough streets of the San Gabriel Valley, Erica overcame all odds to become a Rose Princess quarterfinalist in 2000. After she was cut in the hand-to-hand combat round, Erica vowed never again to be defeated in battle. Since then she has trained tirelessly on the Wii so that she is prepared for any tennis, bowling, or boxing match that comes her way. She has also perfected her tackling skills on the rugby field, where she pummels her opponents and leaves them in a daze. Erica is known in the office as ''kang chul nah bee'', or The Steel Butterfly for her grace under pressure. She works tirelessly so that books are shipped on time, classrooms are unlocked, and student accounts activated. When not in training, Erica can be found researching different ways to become Anthony Bourdain's BFF. So far, her best plan includes bribing him with homemade Korean BBQ and potstickers.

Director of Technology

Colorado Karl relocated from Denver when it became clear that he could ride his motorcyle year round in LA. Karl began his IT career by working on F-111F's in the Air Force, later graduating to F-15A systems. This means he is a badass. Since coming to Los Angeles, Karl has overhauled the Blueprint website, made it possible for students to watch and listen to lesson media, and helped Erica ''make the scanner thingy work''. When not directing technology, Karl enjoys model trains, Dodger games, and fleecing the staff in college basketball pools.

Marketing Assistant

Dave ''Triple Threat'' Woods holds the esteemed title of being the first Blueprint employee to be featured on all three Blueprint team pages. Already an LSAT master and application consultant extraordinaire, Dave has joined the marketing team to put his unique skill set to use. And by unique skill set, we mean finding a different UCLA sweater to wear to work each day and writing clever updates for Blueprint's Twitter and Facebook pages. Dave now works to reach out to the poor, unfortunate souls who have not yet had Blueprint enter their lives and to bring the gospel of the LSAT to those wishing to go to law school.

Dave's gradual take over of Blueprint is motivated primarily by his unhealthy Vegas obsession. His best piece of advice? Make sure you're never within shooting distance of a camera. Didn't you learn anything from The Hangover?
